Mindful Community School is committed to offer an up to date, quality, educational program. Our curriculum contains clearly defined expectations for student learning, based on Core Common Standards, MCrel, Bville, The National Council of Teachers Performance Standards and the Dominican Republic’s mandated curricula.

Consequently, the school provides a highly constructive, competitive college preparatory program that meets the performance standards of universities both in the United States and in the Dominican Republic.

Welcome to Mindful Community School! We are grateful you are visiting our website and for your interest in getting to know our institution.

I am Yazmin Estrella, a passionate educator with a Doctoral Degree in Education and over 37 years of experience in the field of education.

I have had the pleasure of being part of the school and of Educación Integral, our parent organization, since 1996. I have seen the school grow and develop into a challenging program that enables students to develop into well-rounded individuals with solid skills and competencies to succeed in today’s world.

I love forming part of a community that is strongly characterized by its sense of family and belonging. I hope you continue to discover what we offer as a school, by continuing to navigate and enjoy our website or by witnessing our wonderful school dynamics while visiting us.
